Prevent Colds With Cinnamon Apple Tea

The combination of apple and cinnamon is not only tasty, but it has a healing properties too.1

As the cold days arrive, the flu and colds come along with them, You can prevent them by drinking cinnamon-apple tea which will keep you warm, increase your energy, improve your blood circulation, ease your breathing and remove the mucus and secretions if your nose is torrid.

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples (you can choose dried or fresh apples, it is your choice)
  • Stick of cinnamon
  • 12 a liter of water
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Preparation:

Pour half a liter of water in some stew-pan and add the cinnamon and apples in the water. Put the stew-pan on fire and allow it to boil. Then remove the mixture from the fire and cover it with some lid for 15 minutes. Once it is cooled down you can strain your tea and add the honey and the lemon. Enjoy!
