5 A Day Veggie Wrap


If you are looking for an easy and delicious way to get your 5 veggies a day this is it. This is without a doubt my guilty pleasure. Given a chance I would eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner and then have it for a snack. And it doesnt take a rocket scientist to put it together either.

  1. Sprouted wrap
  2. Avocado dip
  3. Sweet peppers, julienne
  4. Tomatoes, chopped
  5. Shredded carrots
  6. Shredded beets
  7. Sprouts, any kind
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste
  1. Begin by spreading the sprouted wrap on a plate. Slather the Avocado Dip to heart”s content. Layer all the vegetables and the sprouts on top, add salt and pepper to taste. Consume. Ahhhh Bliss.
